- Packages: based on availability, offer a 10% discount, and one package only can be purchased per month (between 1st and 30th/31st).
- Once pack hours are done, we move to the hourly rate of $39.00 (plus taxes).
- Hourly basis arrangements can be discussed; minimum of 5 hours must be purchased.
- Any unused hours (between 1st and 30th/31st) will not be transferred to another month.
- Meetings are included in the number of hours (hourly and packages). *last minute cancellations will be deducted from the package hours
- Invoice will be sent after initial consultation is done and confirmation of service engagement is received.
- Package payment will need to be provided within 5 calendar days.
- Any extra worked hours will be invoiced on an hourly basis at the end of the month (30th/31st) and invoice will need to be paid within 30 calendar days.
- Acceptable method of payment: e-transfer.
- A “menu” of tasks can be provided upon request.
Event Management & Producing
Event Producing rate (online events): $45+/hour *plus taxes
Event Management & Planning rate: $55+/hour *plus taxes
